We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing optimized strategies to drive traffic to our family of websites. Understand the marketing campaigns goals and objectives to ensure the proper keywords are being used for search engines.

Responsibility :

• Have excellent product knowledge of all beverage items, including classic cocktails, beers, and spirits

• Taking beverage orders accurately, and post to POS including ositino numbers for all orders 
• Ensure drinks are served in a timely manner in accordance with policy and recipes
• Well-organized, clean, and tidy worker. Maintain the bar to clean and tidy at all times, BOH and also the bar top where applicable
• Communicate Constantly amongst team during operations
• Set up the bar and prep for service following set-up checklists
• Take care of glassware, machinery and stock
• Mentor. Lead by example. Supervise, train and guide junior staff in all aspects of bar service and culture
• Supervise stock control and ordering
• Follow instructions and direction from your superiors promptly and without question

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience
• Good English skills
• A good knowledge of beverages
• A team player
• Ability to multitask
• Broadminded
• No discrimination of others, whether race, creed, or sexual orientation
