Terms & Conditions

1. PULSE VIP Card has no expiration date.
2. PULSE VIP privileges are exclusive to the cardholder only.
3. PULSE VIP Card must be presented at the reception desk to enjoy PULSE VIP privileges.
4. PULSE VIP privilege 10% discount is not applicable for promotional products or services.
5. PULSE VIP privilege 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any vouchers.
6. PULSE Clinic is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen PULSE VIP card.
7. PULSE Clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw the VIP privileges and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. By using the PULSE VIP Card, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy which describes how we collect, use and disclose personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand.
